B2B terms and conditions

• This website is a wholesale platform for registered businesses. Registering does not by itself give access: every account is reviewed and approved by Pets-Mart Nigeria.
• Approval does not automatically grant distributor pricing or credit. Pricing tiers and any credit terms are assigned by Pets-Mart based on the customer's classification. Accounts are prepaid unless credit has been approved in writing.
• Prices, stock information and other commercial details shown to approved customers are confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all orders placed from your account.
• Pets-Mart may suspend or close an account that gives false information or misuses the platform.

Privacy notice

• We collect the business, contact and purchasing details on the registration form to verify that you are a legitimate trade customer, to set up your account and to process and deliver your orders.
• Verification documents you upload are stored securely and are seen only by the Pets-Mart staff who review accounts.
• We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to serve you, for example with delivery and payment providers.
• Promotional WhatsApp and email messages are sent only if you tick the separate consent box, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
• To see, correct or delete your information, contact us.
